Urban Edge Shading -- Warranty

Urban Edge Shading Inc. warrants to the Customer that:

(i) its hardware, motors and accessories will be free from all defects in workmanship and materials that inhibit or impair their proper functioning for five (5) years from date of purchase;

(ii) Its fabrics will be free from warping, sagging, deterioration and excessive fading for one (1) year from date of purchase.
